Information you submit

The service-request form asks for your name, phone number, pickup location, service type, vehicle or equipment details, and any destination or other details you choose to provide. Bay Recovery LLC uses this information to respond to your request and arrange service. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information.

If you select “Use my current location” and allow your browser to share it, your device’s coordinates and reported accuracy populate the pickup-location field. These details and a map link are sent to Bay Recovery LLC when you submit the request. You can enter a location manually instead. Opening the map link shares that location with Google Maps.

How your request is handled

Requests are sent by email to Bay Recovery LLC. The website’s hosting and email providers process information needed to provide these services. Submitting the form does not confirm a dispatch or service booking.

Cookies and technical information

The form uses a temporary session cookie to protect requests. To limit spam, the server briefly stores a hash based on your IP address and submission timestamps. The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics. The hosting provider may keep normal server access and security logs.
